Pemasaran Affiliate

Hutang semakin meningkat!!

Mr J memang pening kepala. Dah 3 tahun semenjak kahwin, duit sentiasa saja tak cukup..walaupun beliau ni makan gaji, tapi belanja bulanannya melebihi gajinya…walaupun beliau sudah berjimat – cermat..

Apa puncanya….Hutang, hutang, hutang..

Adakah beliau full time menjadi usahawan internet?

Tidak…

Beliau masih lagi bekerja makan gaji. Bisnes internetnya dibuat secara part time saja. Iaitu di malam hari. Siang makan gaji, malam bisnes internet…

3 faktor kritikal kejayaan penjimatan

“Saya sudah berjimat. Makan ala kadar, minum ala kadar, membeli belah ala kadar, pendek kata serba serbi ala kadar.

kejayaan kewangan setiap individu itu bukan disebabkan sama ada dia berpendapatan besar atau kecil. Demikian juga, kejayaan penjimatan seseorang bukan disebabkan sama ada dia berjimat atau tidak. Tapi ditentukan oleh gabungan tiga perkara ini;

1. Sejauh mana penjimatan anda menghasilkan wang
2. Inovasi dan kreativiti anda dalam berjimat
1. Sejauh mana penjimatan anda menghasilkan wang

Anda kata anda berjimat.

Tiada tapak ekspo, kuranglah pendapatan.

Hindari 6 Halangan Menyelesaikan Tugasan Ini

Otak masih sedikit tersekat. Manakan tidak, mod raya masih belum habis lagi. Bagaimanapun, kita tidak mahu ketinggalan. Jadi sepantasnya ayuh kita kembalikan semula semangat dan tenaga agar segera kembali ke landasan perjalanan kewangan yang tepat. Kewangan? Iya.. kerja mempunyai kaitan yang rapat dengan sumber pendapatan kebanyakan orang. Jadi mari kita lihat perkara yang menjadi halangan menyelesaikan kerja. Hindari, jauhi dan cari jalan penyelesaiannya terbaik;

Mempunyai terlalu banyak tugasan.

Tiada kemahiran menguruskan masa.

Saving comes first

Before you begin on your journey to building wealth and finding financial independent, it’s important you understand a few basics. If some of these tradeoffs don’t sound like much fun, try to keep your financial goals in mind. One of the big keys is that saving and investing are two related, but independent, processes that you shouldn’t confuse. A disciplined investor could find himself with dozens of real estate rental properties but unable to pay his bills if he didn’t appreciate the balancing act between the two foundations of success.
If you’d like to own your own home someday or pay off all your credit card debt, you need to plan ahead and set aside money to make your dreams a reality. But saving money can seem impossible when you’re already reaching to pay all your bills.

So define the difference between saving and investing;

-Saving is the process of putting cold, hard cash aside and parking it in extremely safe, and liquid (meaning they can be sold or accessed in a very short amount of time, at most a few days) securities or accounts. This can include FD, savings accounts or current account and of cause your private bank at home. The highest goal for these funds should be to keep pace with inflation but you should avoid risk at all costs.

-Investing is the process of using money (called “capital”) to buy an asset that you think will generate a safe and acceptable return over time, making you wealthier with each passing year. An investment can include anything from a small business to fine art, rare wines to gold coins, comic books to stocks, mutual funds, bonds, real estate, and antiques, just to name a few. It can also include song rights, patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property, as it is often called. Good investments are the soundest way of growing wealthy but can take time, perhaps even years, to work out because we live in an uncertain world.

Saving always comes first. Think of it as the foundation upon which your financial house is built. The reason is simple - unless you inherit a large amount of money, it is your savings that will provide you with the capital to feed your investments.

There are two primary types of savings programs you should include in your life. They are:

Plan A - As a general rule, your savings should be sufficient to cover all of your personal expenses, including your mortgage, loan payments, insurance costs, utility bills, food, and clothing expenses for at least six months. That way, if you lose your job, you’ll be able to have sufficient time to adjust your life without the extreme pressure that comes from living paycheck to paycheck.

Plan B - Any specific purpose in your life that will require a large amount of cash in five years or less should be savings-driven, not investment-driven. The stock market in the short-run can be extremely volatile, losing more than 50% of its value in a single year. Purchasing a home is a great example as we discussed in.

Only after that these things are in place, and you have, should you begin investing.

The world best financial advice

The best piece of financial advice you will ever hear in your life is also probably the most basic. People often talk about the power of positive thinking and attitude adjustment amongst many other financially theories. If you're not doing well financially, maybe you're finally ready to hear some advice that could make all the difference.
1. It's your money, know where it goes. Too often people are willing to sit back while others take control of their financial destiny. Whether the person holding the reins is your spouse or your financial advisor you should be involved in the decisions that have the power to shape your financial picture. You work eight hours a day for a salary that you expect to work for you in return, so why not pay attention to what is happening to your money after you hand it over. You may not be able to make decisions by yourself, but you should, at the very least, certainly be informed.
2. Before you do anything, save. This has several incarnations, but probably the most popular would be 'pay yourself first'. This simply means that you should think about saving as the money you earn to put towards your goals instead of the money that is unavailable to you for immediate spending. The hunger for instant gratification has made this particular tidbit very hard to follow, but having the discipline to put aside before you pay bills or spend on anything at all can certainly pay off.
3. Start saving for retirement early. Retirement is often regarded as a far off destination that can be taken of in time. This is a big mistake. By tucking away a little every month for retirement starting from your very first paycheck you will have painlessly conquered a goal that remains elusive to so many, retiring with ease. The earlier you start the easier it is to put the money away, and the more you stand to benefit. There is really no reason not to heed this piece of advice.
4. Don't pay interest for assets that decrease in value. The number one offense in this category is the purchase of a car. Preferably, you should amass enough cash to buy the car or take as small a loan as possible and pay it off as quickly as possible. All cars depreciate in value annually. A vehicle is an expense and paying a premium in interest to fund an expense is not good financial sense. The same goes for using credit cards to go on shopping sprees and paying exorbitant interest rates on items that are long forgotten by the time the bill arrives.
5. Master the art of bargaining. The less you pay the more you save. This means that becoming a pro at negotiating a better deal can save you money in all aspects of life from vacations to clothing and household items, which you can use to fatten your savings account.
6. Never act on impulse, with money or otherwise. Don't be too quick to draw for your wallet. Taking the time to think things through and evaluate if the item is really needed in the first place can save you a bundle in the long run. Practicing restrain can help you to cut back on your spending while encouraging you to justify purchases to yourself and hunt for better bargains.
7. Take calculated risks. The rich know that savers are losers. They take no risks and so they reap no rewards. They won't end up in the poor house, but they will also never be wealthy. To become financially savvy and get on the road to riches you must take some calculated risks. This means that you should not simply take chances arbitrarily but rather, you should research the possibilities and then act courageously based on your best information.
8. Don't get too good at the little things. This goes counter to another age old adage that you should do everything to the best of your ability, but the logic here is simple. You should not focus on mastering low pay off tasks, but instead, you should figure out your high pay-off activities and excel at those. Mastering the little things will only serve to bring more of the same your way and you can find yourself trapped in a cycle of low pay off tasks. The way to make more money, by getting a promotion or launching out on your own, is by concentrating on activities that directly impact the bottom line. Making more money of course is integral to becoming wealthy.
9. Harness the power of compound interest. This works both on the side of debt and savings. Appreciating the devastating effect of compound interest on a credit card or other debt instrument should motivate you to always get rid of them as quickly as possible. While on the savings side, compound interest is a great benefit and should be fully exploited by adding as much to the balances as quickly as possible. This is also a good way to save for children, or anything else that has a fairly long timeline, as small amounts will grow exponentially over time even without ever adding additional investments.
10. It pays to pay off debt, especially when you make just enough to get by. What is starting to help you pay it down is switching credit card companies. Look in the mail for credit card offers that give you zero percent interest for 12 to 16 months.
There is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, but you must be willing to go the distance and stay the course to reap the reward.

Brief explanation About Investing In Mutual Funds

What are Mutual funds?
A company dealing in mutual funds invests the money of several investors in bonds, stocks, securities, assets and several other short-term money-market instruments. The combined holdings owned by the mutual fund are known as its portfolio. When you invest in a mutual fund you become a shareholder of the company. Each share in a mutual fund company is the representation of he investor's proportionate ownership of the fund holdings and the income generated. You earn dividends when the mutual fund company earns a profit, however, your shares will decrease in value if it faces a loss. A professional investment manager does the buying and selling of securities for the growth of the fund.

Types of mutual funds?
There are about ten thousand types of mutual funds to choose from when investing. However, each of these types falls into one of three broader categories based on the goal of the investment: those with the goal to provide immediate income, those focused on long-term growth, and those that are able to offer both. For more specific information about some of the thousands of mutual funds available check out by yourself. Nothing even very good consultant then yourself.

Basically, three general categories of mutual fund is;
Equity funds: These funds involve only common stock investments. They can earn a lot of profit, but are also very risky.
Fixed income funds: They include corporate and government securities. These funds offer fixed returns at a low risk.
Balanced funds: This is the combination of bonds and stocks with a low risk. However, the investment does not earn a lot through these funds.

How it works?
Mutual fund shares can be purchased from the company itself or a broker. There are secondary market investors also, like the New York Stock Exchange or Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. Per share net asset value of the funds or NAV is the price that you pay for buying a mutual fund share. It also includes the shareholder fee that is imposed by the fund, at time of purchase. The best feature of mutual funds is that these shares are redeemable. You, as an investor, can sell your shares back to the broker. In order to accommodate new investors, mutual fund companies generally create new shares and sell them. They keep selling their shares continuously till they become large. Investment advisers act as separate entities and are responsible for managing the investment portfolio of the mutual funds. Investing in mutual funds tends to lower the risk factor because they are the result of diverse investments. Since someone else manages your investments, you need not worry about keeping constant tabs on the investment, though a periodical check enhances your personal book of accounts. Managing funds is the full time job of the fund manager and he is responsible for the performance and health of the investment. The rate of returns in mutual funds is based on the increase or decrease of the value, during a specific period. Returns of a fund indicate the track record. It is important to remember that the past performance cannot guarantee future results. As in the case of any investment or business, mutual funds also have risks associated with the returns. It is essential to set your financial goals and requirements, before investing in a mutual fund.

Mutual fund investing is a popular form of investment that is considered safer and more profitable than many other types of investments. A mutual fund is a portfolio that is professionally managed and composed of stocks, bonds, and/or cash. Every investor becomes a partial owner of a mutual fund. There are usually many owners of one mutual fund. The fund manager trades the money pooled together frequently to ensure it is growing in the best possible ways.

How Investors Come Together?
A mutual fund relies on a group of investors who are brought together by a common investing goal and pool their money together for the sake of the mutual fund. These investors do not necessarily need to know one another or ever meet in person. They are brought together by a professional investor advisor or a stock broking firm who groups the investors together based on their common financial goals and interests.

Advantages of Pooling Resources.
There are two distinct advantages to the mutual funds investors who pool their resources. The first advantage is that the investors enjoy greater buying power as the pooled money allows them to purchase shares from various industries and business sectors in a way that would not be possible for any of the individual investors in the pool. The second benefit is that each investor pays lower transaction fees because the commission and trading fees are distributed over more shares. This saves the individual investors a good amount of money that could be lost in fees.

Mutual Fund Diversification.
One reason that mutual fund investing is considered safer than other forms of investing is because of the diversification associated with mutual funds. Because you are not investing all your money in just one company’s securities, diversification takes away the danger of putting too much faith in one place. A mutual fund portfolio typically contains stocks and/or bonds from different companies in different industries and business sectors. This type of diversification provides protection against drops in one particular company or industry.

Things to Consider.
There are some things you should be aware of when beginning your journey of mutual fund investing. Make sure your account manager has a reliable, consistent track record. Whether the manager is an individual or a team, make sure that they have been responsible for at least one portfolio for a decent amount of time and that they believe in a realistic, consistent investing strategy. Another thing to consider is your long-term goals: do not be awestruck by the short-term performance of your mutual funds or by funds that show a great one-year return. Focus on funds that have a record of consistent returns and plan to stick it out for a few years to maximize your financial investment..

10 Success strategies Plus 5 As Bonus

It is a challenge to succeed. If it were not, I’m sure more people would be successful, but for every person who is enjoying the fruit from the tree of success, many more are examining the roots. They are trying to figure it all out. They are mystified and perplexed by what seems to be some strange, complex and elusive secret that must be found if ever success is to be enjoyed. While most people spend most of their lives struggling to earn a living, a much smaller number seem to have everything going their way.
1. Know what success is.
If you don’t know what success is (for you), how can you possibly create it? Success is different things for different people and one person’s success (a pregnancy for example) might be another person’s catastrophe. That’s because success (or failure) is not so much about the situation, circumstance, event or outcome as it is about what that “thing” means to the person in the middle of it. In order to create success, you must first define it – and far too many people haven’t. Be very clear about what you want and don’t want for your life. Clarity produces excitement. Excitement produces momentum. Momentum produces behavioural change. Behavioural change produces different results and eventually, the internal vision becomes an external reality. Giddy-up.
2. Get comfortable being uncomfortable.
Some people will live a life of second-best, of compromise and of under-achievement simply because they are (1) controlled by fear (2) always looking for the magic pill or shortcut and (3) not prepared to do the tough stuff. People who always take the easy option are destined for mediocrity. At best. Constantly avoiding the discomfort means constantly avoiding the lessons and the personal growth. Pain is a great teacher. Not always what we want, but sometimes what we need.
3. Seek to be righteous, not right.
The need to be “right” speaks of arrogance, insecurity, ego and stupidity. It’s also synonymous with failure. The person who constantly needs to be right will miss out on much of what life has to teach him and alienate himself from others. Arrogance repels, humility attracts.
4. Seek respect, not popularity.
It’s been said that our nature is “who we are” and our reputation is who people think we are. When the two are synonymous, we’re usually on the right path.
5. Embrace mess.
To embrace mess is to embrace life because life is messy, unpredictable, unfair, uncertain, lumpy and bumpy. So get used to a little chaos. Embrace it even. While others succumb to the messiness and unpredictability of the human experience, make a conscious choice to be the calm in the chaos.
6. Don’t become your parents. Or your boss. Or anyone but you.
The enormity of conformity is a problem for the wanna-be success story. Sure, your parents are great and by all means respect them, love them and learn from them, but please don’t become them; that’s just plain ugly and a little bit tragic. Listen to, and learn from other people, but think, act and decide for yourself. And no, you don’t need anyone’s approval or permission; you’re big now. It’s okay.
7. Use more of what you already have.
Imagine what you could achieve if you took all the knowledge, intelligence, opportunities, time, skill and talent that you currently have and absolutely milked it. What if you already have more than enough talent to become wildly successful? Well, you do. There go the excuses. And that voice that’s telling (some of) you right now that you don’t have what it takes to become successful, that’s called fear. Not logic, fear. Not reality, fear. Unless of course, you allow that to become your reality. Be mindful that the voice in your head (the very loud, annoying and persistent one) is rarely a reflection of your potential and mostly a manifestation of your insecurity. And no, you’re not alone in your self-doubt; it’s a universal condition. Many people fail, not because they don’t have what it takes, but because they don’t use what they already have. Successful people typically don’t have more innate potential, luck, time or opportunity than the next person, but they consistently find a way to use much more of what they have at their disposal. While the majority are rationalising their lack of decision making and action taking, these guys are finding a way to get the job done. The question is not “how much ability do you have, but how much will you use?”.
8. Be an innovator, not an imitator.
Not too many sheep succeed. Baaah. Sometimes it’s a good idea to build your own team rather than join someone else’s. Don’t let your fear stand in the way of your potential to create, innovate or lead. When I set up Australia’s first commercial personal training centre, most people told me it wouldn’t work. Glad I didn’t listen.
9. Do what most won’t.
If you want to achieve what most people won’t (happiness, joy, calm, wealth, optimal health, balance) then don’t do what they do. If you want to be like the majority, then do what they do. Producing different results comes from doing different things. Simple really. And effective. Most people won’t persevere, won’t finish what they start, won’t find the good, won’t do what it takes, won’t question their long-held beliefs, won’t be solution-focused, won’t do what scares them and won’t “be the change” they want to see in their world. Choose to be different.
10. Be like water.
Powerful. Gentle. Adaptable. Ever-changing. Being static in a dynamic world – like the one you and I inhabit – is a recipe for disaster. If you can’t adapt, you can’t succeed. Our practical, three dimensional reality, and everything in it, is in a constant state of transition, while some of us are in a constant state of “same”. Statues don’t succeed, they just get crapped on.

Here are five steps that will help you realize success:
I. Establish a definite goal.
II. Stop running yourself down.
III. Do not think of all the reasons why you cannot be successful - instead think of all the reasons why you can achieve success.
IV. Trace your emotions back to childhood - discover where you first got the negative idea you would not be successful - face your fears.
V. Renew your self-image by writing a description of the person you want to become - Act the part - You are that person!

Success - It is all about the Money?

How do you define success? Is it inner peace, is it love, is it making a worthy contribution to the lives of others? Well yes, success can be described as all these things. But measuring success usually comes down to the scorecard we call money. The good news is that there is a blueprint for financial success, which has been read and acted upon by many of the great successes of the 20th century. In 1912 Wallace D Wattles wrote a classic book on wealth creation called ‘The Science of Getting Rich’ which has inspired generations of entrepreneurs, business owners and free thinkers. It was credited as the inspiration behind the book and movie phenomenon ‘The Secret’. What follows is a summary of his thoughts.

- There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made, and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the inter spaces of the universe.
- A thought in this substance produces the thing that is imaged by the thought.
- A person can form things in his thought, and by impressing his thought upon formless substance can cause the thing he thinks about to be created.

In order to do this, a person must pass from the competitive to the creative mind. Otherwise he or she cannot be in harmony with formless intelligence, which is always creative and never competitive in spirit. This is a key point, when we give up the competitiveness and jealousy of our neighbors or co-workers and concentrate on helping each other we can begin to attract wealth and prosperity into not only our lives but everyone we touch. The concept of a self made millionaire is a false one. Very few get rich on their own without the support of a team.

A person may come into full harmony with the formless substance by entertaining a lively and sincere gratitude for the blessings it bestows upon him. Gratitude unifies the mind of man with the intelligence of substance, so that man’s thoughts are received by the formless. A person can remain upon the creative plane only by uniting himself with the formless intelligence through a deep and continuous feeling of gratitude. For many this can be a challenge especially during bleak economic times. However by concentrating on the good things in our lives or simple blessing like a walk on the beach or a sunny day we are in a higher vibration and more likely to gain more things we desire.A person must form a clear and definite mental image of the things he or she wishes to have, to do, or to become, and must hold this mental image in thoughts, while being deeply grateful to the supreme that all his desires are granted. The person who wishes to get rich must spend his leisure hours in contemplating that vision, and in earnest thanksgiving that the reality is being given to them. Too much stress cannot be laid on the importance of frequent contemplation of the mental image, coupled with unwavering faith and devout gratitude. This is the process by which the impression is given to the formless and the creative forces set in motion.

The creative energy works through the established channels of natural growth, and of the industrial and social order. All that is included in the mental image will surely be brought to the person who follows the instructions given above, and whose faith does not waver. What is truly wanted will come through the ways of established trade and commerce. I believe it is Wayne Dyer who said that no-one has manifested a bag of money to fall on their head whilst meditating. In order to receive when it is ready to come, a person must be in action in a way that causes them to more than fill his present place. A person must keep in mind the purpose to get rich through realization of their mental image and must do, every day all that can be done that day, taking care to do each act in a successful manner.

Continuing the cooperation versus competition theme, a person must give to every other person a use value in excess of the cash value received, so that each transaction makes for more life, and they must hold the advancing thought so that the impression of increase will be communicated to all with whom they comes into contact. Millionaires are not made in one off transactions but true wealth is created by delighting your customers and clients time and time again. Wattles concludes by saying that “the men and women who practice these instructions will certainly get rich, and the riches they receive will be in exact proportion to the definiteness of their vision, the fixity of their purpose, the steadiness of their faith, and the depth of their gratitude”.

Whether you believe in the Law of Attraction or not, it seems clear that thinking negatively will only create bad feelings, despair and more negativity. If this is true then logic would suggest that the opposite may also be true and that positive thinking, optimism and action may set in motion a positive spiral towards health, wealth and happiness.

The wealthy formula since Century

Investment property has been on the rise as a popular means to attaining wealth by many people all over the world. The purchase of a home is of course one of the first major investments that many people make, with the purchase of a second piece of property being the next. In fact, this move is often undertaken before the purchase of shares and other assets are even considered.

Before we go into the various aspects of investment property, a definition of the term would be in order. Investment property is the term used to refer to a piece of property that is not meant to be occupied by the owner, and is instead purchased with the specific goal of generating profit by way of rental income and/or the gaining of capital.

Investing in property sensibly actually has a number of other benefits, not the least of which is that property tends to be less prone to market fluctuations than shares (although this is not always the case), and they are generally regarded as safe options when other assets decrease in value. Property investments also have great potential to generate capital growth and increase the value of your assets, and there is of course the rental income to consider as well. In addition, there are certain tax benefits that you can realize from negative gearing. Just like any other investment however, investment property does not come with any solid guarantees. The prices of property does go up and down from time to time, and it can be quite a challenge to find good renters who will pay their bills on time and take good care of the property.

Furthermore, there is a need for people who are going into investment property to be thoroughly aware of interest rates and how higher rates will impact on their expected returns. They also have to make sure that the return or yield from their investment property measures up favorably compared to the returns that they would have achieved if they had invested in shares, for instance. Of course, this is not to say that everyone should be directly involved in investment property. You can for example, go into partnership with other real estate investors and combine your assets into managed funds that will focus on property. When it comes to long term investment, there is nothing to beat investment in real estate. With property prices almost always on the upswing, it is one investment that bring you rich dividends in the future. Investing in property though is not all about just having the financial wherewithal to buy a particular property. It has got a lot to do with finding the right property. What constitutes a right property is something that you may be wondering about.

Here are some of the best investment property tips, which can help you make the right decision;

1. You should never feel dejected that you could not afford a particular house. You should remember that there are plenty of other houses that are available.
2. Foremost among all the investment property tips is to imagine that the property that you intend to buy is for renting out, rather than you living there. Remember, a sprawling lawn will not bring you cash flow. Instead, you need to take into account as to what a tenant would want? The house that you want to buy should have the necessary supporting infrastructure to attract tenants.
3. Another one of the important investment property tips is to seek professional help. For instance you can always get to know about the latest market trends from an experienced real estate agent.
4. Another one of the important investment property tips that you should not ignore is to take for granted that property prices are always on the higher side and still increasing. Remember, you can always find bargains. The key lies in shopping around and finding one.
5. One of the key investment property tips is to do thorough research, before you go about looking for a property. You should be aware of the latest trends in the real estate market.

Invesment and emotion

Becoming your own investment advisor and money manager is not easy, but it can be done and if it is an activity you truly enjoy, it can be extremely rewarding.

One of the constant themes of the original '60s television series "Star Trek" dealt with the relative strengths and weaknesses of emotion verses reason. Captain Kirk, the captain of the Starship Enterprise, often made decisions based on his human instincts, which his purely logical Vulcan first officer, Spock, sometimes found irrational. However, these "gut-based" decisions yielded positive outcomes that seemed improbable based on reasoned analysis.

At times, emotion and instinct proved successful, even in the face of reason. Unfortunately, while instinct prevailed in outer space, when it comes to investing, Spock would beat Captain Kirk over the long term. There are instances when following a hunch proves profitable - but not often. Over the long term, reason, logic and discipline will beat out emotion every time. Our problem is that, like Captain Kirk, we are human. Divorcing ourselves from emotion is against our nature. Still, to the extent we are able, that is what we must do. Fear will lead you to sell just when an investment's falling price is near its bottom. Over-optimism will cause you to buy just when the price is at its peak. Disciplining your emotional side is no easy task - even for a trained, experienced professional. Before you attempt to do it yourself, you must make an honest assessment of your emotional make-up. You don't have to be Spock, but you can't be Chicken Little either!

Emotional investing is bad for your health and your purse too. You will be driven to make decisions which you may regret later on. An emotional person can never trade in the stock market for too long. Keep all your emotions and feelings locked in the cupboard before starting trading in the stock market. Here are a few points jotted down about emotional investors in the stock market.. Just take a look and you can figure out if you are one among the thousands of emotional traders out there who is impatient and weak minded when it comes to the ups and downs of trading.
1. You are an emotional investor if you find any of the below points to resemble your character.
2. You quote for a particular stock and are cheer if it even goes up by a single penny.
3. You are in touch with your broker every single day and enquire about your holdings.
4. You tend to scratch your head and bite your nails while watching the closing hours of the market.
5. You get emotional and tend to cry if your stock is showing a 10% decline.
6. You are exited when you get a tip from your colleague about a big stock which is going to make huge money and you have even not heard about the stock.
7. You sweat at the drop of a hat and you wear the same clothes till you have a bad day.
8. You join chat rooms and pay undivided attention to what everyone is buying and selling and then take your decisions.
9. You tend to stare hard at your portfolio and refresh it every five minutes.
10. You get mad at everyone and anyone on a bad trading day.
11. You celebrate when your stocks have made huge profits but you have not realized then as yet.
12. You want to go to the loo often when your stocks are trading at a very high level, or your stocks are seeing to bite dust.
13. You place the stop loss order price at a price less than 0.5% below your purchase price because you are really scared of losses.
14. You cry uncontrollably even after losing 5 dollars.
15. You yell, scream and insult the stock analysts and experts after a bad session.
16. You throw a big party and drown all your profits without making a saving.

These may sound silly but they are true with most people who are emotionally involved in the stock market. Try to keep your cool and trade cautiously and carefully and see that you have made enough savings to keep you afloat during bad times..

Inflation

What is inflation?
Simply put, inflation is a gradual increase in prices over a period of time. When considering inflation in financial calculations, you are altering the results of your calculations based on the expectation that prices will rise in the future. Inflation is a process of continuous increase in the prices of most goods and services in a country. This does not necessarily mean that all prices increase. There may be some exceptions, such as computer prices which have actually declined in recent years. Inflation can therefore be described as a persistent general increase in prices.

How inflation is measured?
There are two distinct measures of inflation that are typically used in financial calculations; the Producer Price Index (PPI) and the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The CPI, as the most widely used measure of price change, is often used in escalation agreements to adjust payments for changes in prices.

Why is inflation bad?
Inflation is regarded as a bad process because it leads to distortions and problems in an economy. A short list of the key disadvantages of inflation includes the following:

Losses to savers: If you save your money by hoarding cash, inflation erodes the purchasing power of the amount saved. For instance, 100 put underneath a mattress ten years ago can now purchase only one third of the goods and services that it could have done in 1987. Even if you save in the form of savings deposits which pay interest, the interest may not be enough to compensate you in full for inflation. This also applies to pension planning, where a person may, for example, save for a pension during his entire working life, just to find at the end of his career that his savings have been eroded by inflation.

Losses to people with fixed incomes: People with fixed incomes (such as the interest on a fixed deposit, or a fixed salary) find that the purchasing power of their income diminishes over time. The wealthy, in contrast, can usually partly protect themselves against inflation by investing in assets, such as shares or property, which increase in value during periods of inflation. Inflation therefore leads to an increase in the disparity between the wealth of the "haves" and the "have-nots", or the rich and poor.

Losses to taxpayers: If your salary increases in line with inflation, and no adjustments are made to income tax, you will shift into a higher tax bracket and end up paying a larger share of your salary to the taxman. This means that Government gains control over an increasing proportion of society's resources without formally getting the approval of Parliament to raise taxes. Confusing price signals to producers and slower expansion of businesses: A higher price for a product would usually indicate that people want more of it, that more profits can now be made from it and that more resources should therefore be employed to produce it. In times of inflation, however, an increase in the price of a product can occur either simply as part of the regular inflation related adjustments to prices, or because the demand for that product has risen permanently.

The easiest way to defeat inflation, or rather the effects of inflation, is to invest in your budget.
What I mean by this is to focus on your expenses. Where your money is being spent and then reduce that amount by at least the inflation rate. For example, if you're currently spending 1,000 a month and inflation is running at 5% reduce your monthly spending by 50 to 950.
The beautiful thing about cutting your expenses is that it's easy to do without having any real effect on your current standard of living. Yes, some expenses such as Council tax and mortgage payments are fixed but it is possible to reduce food bills, travelling expenses, entertainment, life's luxuries etc.
For example -
If you have a generous nature and always buy drinks or food for people, be 75% generous instead.
If you regularly take a taxi, walk once a week or occasionally use public transport
If you spend 100 or more a week on groceries, it's easy to cut a basket of goods by 5% -10%, and again this takes almost no time or effort.
Similarly with holidays, you don't have to stay at home just choose a slightly cheaper resort, hotel or flight.

Ways to Defeat Inflation For The Long Term
Buy a house.
If you buy a house today, you are automatically hedged for inflation. Your house is a fixed asset and any kind of fixed asset becomes more valuable with time thanks to all around asset inflation.
Consider landlording.
If you invest in real estate today and become a landlord, you’ll be happy to know that rents are subject to inflationary pressures as well. You have the capability to raise rates when the cost of living goes up everywhere.
Build or preserve your earning power.
If you are in a position to earn, the best way to battle pricing increases is to keep job or some other income stream going. You then expect wages and earnings to go up along with everything else. Without earning power, you may want to consider other ways to protect yourself from inflation, such as amassing appreciating assets.
Own your own business.
Once you’re a business owner you can always raise rates, fees, prices along with the costs of operating your business. This is yet another reason to escape corporate serfdom.
Keep a diversified investment portfolio.
Keep a core portfolio of stocks and bonds, and if you’re a bit more adventurous, you can reserve a small amount of your portfolio to inflationary hedges such as precious metals, commodities and real estate.
Cut your spending even more.
This should be the simplest advice but may be the hardest to follow: think hard before you buy anything. Practice abstinence: when items are priced higher, you’ll be spending more, so try every excuse you can to avoid making purchases. Or change your shoping habits so you buy at lower cost places.
Save. save and save..
Nothing can beat the goodness of save to defeat inflation. Save more and find the best way to save. you can control yourself and you own destiny.

Thanks for visit. Hope you gain some of benefit..

Some remainder about Scams

Earning an income is also a great possibility over the Internet. There are thousands of home-based opportunities to start with. You may join various affiliate marketing programs, create your own website and use it as an advertising bulletin over the Internet, or “buy and sell" home-made products on the web. These are all certain possibilities over the Internet in the 21st century.
However, as the Internet expands its doors to future online entrepreneurs, scams are also making its way in the online community. Check your email and you might encounter various offers promising you millions of dollars or even your dream house at a low cost. It may look extremely convincing at the first glance, yet you may realize later on that it is just an old Internet scam after all.
That is the numerical statistics which the Federal Bureau of Investigation gathered from 2003 to 2004 with regards to online scam cases. Previous annual statistics showed that there were only 4.5 million Internet scam victims and some $2.3 billion worth of financial damages. However, despite of the information disseminated about Internet scams, many individuals still fall into the hungry claws of Internet crooks. Thus, the figure of the victims and revenues lost were doubled on the succeeding year. What's worse is that authorities fear that the statistics may triple on the next three to four years if individuals will still fail to avoid such Internet scams and warnings against them.
If you do not have an idea of what an Internet scam looks like, check the following and ask yourself if you have already become a victim of these vicious online scams. Here is just a few of them.
1. Identity Theft - We all are aware about it, but anyhow very difficult to stop. ID theft occurs when frauds steal personal information from your garbage, mailbox, recycling bin, or computer. They further store all documents containing your personal information in a locked file and cut before discarding.
2. Internet Fraud - Beware of fake Web sites, e-mails and phone calls from spammers pretending to legitimate business asking for your banking and personal information.
3. Advance Fee Loans - When seeking a loan, it's against the law rule for the provider to ask you to pay for their services until you get your loan or credit. Lawful lenders never "guarantee" or say that you are probable to get a loan or a credit card before you apply, particularly if you have bad credit, no credit or a bankruptcy.
4. Work from Home - Work at home ideas, such as envelope stuffing and product gathering, are not what they're split up to be. The Internet has seriously increased the number of these scams. Look out for open fees for supplies, claims of no experience needed and exaggerated claims of effectiveness.
5. Nigerian Letter Scam - The Nigerian letter scam carries on proliferating. This scam are regularly received by e-mail, claims there are millions of dollars waiting to be deposited into your personal glance account. But these scammers are only after your checking account information. Best thing to do is completely ignore them.
6. Lottery and Sweepstakes Scams - Victims are informed they have won a huge lottery prize or sweepstakes and are sent a false check for part of the "winnings." In return, they are asked to pay back a little part to cover taxes and/or processing fees before the remainder of the "winnings" is sent. Legitimate lotteries and sweepstakes contests would not need you to pay money in order to receive your prize.
7. Overpayment Schemes - This is how it works: You may advertise your car for sale. The scammer agrees to purchase your car, but gives you a check for too much money. He takes the car, and tells you to deposit the check in to your account for the credit, and then send him your check for the difference. By the time you find out his original check is no good, he has your check and the car. Never agree to payment for more than your selling price.
8. Home Repair Rip-offs - More and more, unreliable scam artists show up on your entrance offering to do house and yard work for various costs. Don't hire them. When you need work done around your home, get guess from a minimum of three contractors who have stable addresses in your area.
9. Health, Beauty & Fitness Claims - Beware of advertisements, which promise "rapid and easy weight-loss," "miracle cures" or "recently discovered" treatments for disease and illness. Before signing any agreement, take the time to read the fine print and make sure you understand your obligations and the termination or refund policy.10. Bogus Charities -- Watch out for bogus charities with names, which sound like legitimate ones. Ask fund-raisers for their names, the charitable trust names and their contact information before allowing for a donation. Find out how much of your contribution actually goes to the program. Visit www.give.org for a list of national charities.

Here a few suggestion ways to avoiding scams..

Tip 1:
Never look for quick money, it never works on the internet, you will end up wasting all your money on the scam sites.
Tip 2:
Do not judge a site by the prices of the products, also, do not have the notion in mind of "It is cheap, I will just try it out." You will waste your time, and time = money, doesn't it?
Tip 3:
Never join any "Pyrimid Program", "MLM" or Investing programmes, not ALL of them are scams but remember, 98% of them are, so why take the risk?
Tip 4:
Don't 100% trust the comments/experiences that are posted on dicussion boards.
Tip 5:
Don't trust the examples of income evidence on the money making websites; often they are false. They are easy to alter with digital technology and create fakes.
Tip 6:
Join only the websites listed on the WeHateScams.com. It’s has tested and they are 100% legitimate.
Tip 7:
Effort!! You have to WORK!!
Tip 8:
Keep all your personal identification numbers very confidential. Do monitor your account statements and your credit report on monthly basis. If you suspect a victim of ID theft, contact local police immediately.
Tip 9:
You can enter you personal or credit card information on secured Web sites. Look for the letter “s” (http://) and for an unbroken padlock symbol to determine if in case the site is secured. Check for the BBB OnLine Reliability Seal or even other sign of trust on each Web site. Please do not download programs on your computer from any unknown sources.

About mindset again..

Every day we are bombarded with so much information about the need to be wealthy.. the joys of a lifestyle that only a large amount of income can afford. A lot of people think the only way to get this sort of money is to win a lottery. $45 million up maybe big enough for you – wow, that is a lot of money.. and it will give the winners (as there is usually more than one) an unrealistic happy moment in life. We all hear of stories of people who win big ... more of than not within a couple of years they have none of the winnings left. They have more debt than they started with and no friends or family to help them out.
Money can change the attitude of a person who has not had money before, or who has not earned it themselves. They think they have found a bottomless pit of gold at the end of the rainbow! Remember this ... the more money you have, the more money you spend.

If I very lucky man, you surely have chance to read my book soon (currently in editing process). Discussed about how to protect ourselves in heavy financial war including educate you child to become better money owner. Then you will understand it is never too young to start educating your children about the value of money and how it can affect their young lives. Look at your life right now – do think about money, where it is coming from, how to spend it, what bills you have, what you will have give up to pay the bills, feed the children, pay for your bad habit (whatever they might be?) You probably think more about the older you get.

I had a discussion with my friend the other day about what he would do with all that money if he won the JACKPOT. His response – he’d spend a couple of million on boys toys (like superbike, latest model of technologies things, sport car and etc). Then he would put the rest in the bank.. at a nominal amount of interest.. because the bank is safe and he will be able to live off the interest. But, my biggest concern of all he told me was that he would have someone else manage his money for him. That’s right, he wouldn’t make the decisions of how his money would be invested, he’d leave it to someone else!

How many money managers have we heard of recently that commit fraud against the people they work for. And really, who better to invest YOUR money than YOU! You are the best investor around the world. Nobody even better then you. Nobody. Only you will do the best and pay yourself the highest interest ever.

There are plenty of people who leave it up to others to manage their investment portfolios, then cry foul when their money disappears. We consider them to be unfortunate (depending to the levels of their rich-ness, and how they acquired it) or stupid. A lot of people who have won vast amounts of money, have become scared of it ... yep, that’s right: scared! The biggest reason: they don’t want to be seen as a failure by their family and friends. Or, they think it is better to go out with a bang.. blow all the money. The biggest issue is, and very few recognise this, is MINDSET. Most of us don’t have the mindset to really think about the best way to invest so that those investments will generate strong, long-lasting and passive income.

Your mindset should be the first thing you work on, long before you have the wealth. The reason for this is that you become aware of where your money is going, what the outcome is because of where your money is going. Being aware of your outcome is important: you need to understand the results of your actions, the results generated by different ways of spending and/or investing your money. You must also learn not to listen to your demons – you know, the little fella that sits on your shoulder every time you go shopping and says it’s okay to buy something because it’s on sale, even when you know you don’t need it. It takes a strong mindset to say ‘NO’ to things that really do not add value to your life. It also takes mindset to stick to the purpose of why you are doing this ... remember you often have to give something up to achieve the bigger goal. That ‘something’ could be a spending habit (that coffee EVERY morning) or it could be a friendship with someone toxic to your goals (the negative person who is always telling you that what you want out of life is simply not possible). Recognise what you want to achieve, how you are going to achieve it and stop letting others (and sometimes even yourself) side-track you! There is no ‘one’ way to become wealthier in life, be it riches of money, sources of knowledge, the number of friends you acquire over your lifetime – you just have to get your mindset correct to move ahead with your life.

I’ve found that people don’t know where to find the knowledge to gain wealthy mindset. I didn’t for a long time, so I know where those people are at ‘right now’. Do you go down to the book store and get the latest Anthony Robbins book (he is an awesome author and has helped an amazing number of people in his life). Most people who start reading the self help books usually don’t get past the first chapter. And the ones that do finish reading it don’t take the lessons learned and apply them to their lives. Everyone starts with the best intentions ... they just don’t seem to get it done! Think about this: when the Egyptians built the pyramids they must have wondered if this was the best use of their time. No doubt someone had a plan and a strong mindset to refuse to listen to the doomsayers and they built a strong team behind them to successfully achieve the goals they set out with. The same with wealth: you need to have a great mindset, some knowledge and a plan of what you are about to create. You also need people behind you to help you and push you in the right direction. Sound familiar? Well, next time we talk about it . Hehe.. Until that, thanks for visiting. See yaa..

Two Main Quality of Building Wealth

Dear readers, I wrote this article because the content is so meaningful, so useful for you. And will awaken the giant within your. So take you time to read it carefully. Every single words. Our topic today is about power. The true power.
Take a look and keep in your mind forever. There is.
"KNOWLEDGE IS POWER, BUT KNOWLEDGE IS NOTHING WITHOUT ACT!"

Not so clear? Continue you read..
You know, I can't help but notice how all the successful people have such similar qualities that they employ on a daily basis. I'm going to give you a break on the whole "marketing" talk, which is direly important, and instead focus on something else that is equally powerful if not far more.
“What's that you say?” You asked.
It's your mindset my dear friend..
I realize that word really doesn't describe it very well. You see, mindset means so many different things. It means what you feel, what you believe, what you identify with, what you take personal, what you think, what you judge, what you like, dislike, etc.. It basically means Who You Are.Compile everything that makes you who you are and that what's call Mindset. So what is it about this group of ultra successful people that enables them to create wealth in their lives (and a lot of their achievement).. It's HOW they think, feel, believe, and live their life that puts them in situations to create wealth, and motivates them to take the PROPER action to create wealth.
Wealth comes with two quality;
1. Knowledge of how to create it.
2. Acting upon that knowledge in a direct and concise manner.
Of course there are other factors involved; desire, motivation, etc.. Maybe we can talk about it next time. Its also an exciting subject and can make you eyes opened. Back to our story, the truly, all you need to create wealth is the knowledge of how to create it and the ability to put that knowledge in action. That's simple as like it folks. But while its simple, not everyone can do.
And there in lies the problem. Most people have neither. They have their heads filled with so much garbage, and if they take action on that garbage they get no where and quit soon (quick from falling rain). They will heartbreak and feel so sad. Not enough, their money lost in ocean too. Lot of money. Or some people actually know what to do.. And don't do it. For whatever reason, 95% of the people who start their own business, with the intention of creating wealth, fail to do so. One more sadness number.
I'm sure, almost of us pretty sick of that! Now, I can't force you to learn. I can't force you to take action. I can't control Who You Are. Because wise man saids, 'your are what you believe'. Even I put my trust on you with my whole heart that you can success, if yourself don't then nothing happen. Nothing we can do.
So change your mindset and hold the word tightly. Don't worry. You can gain the knowledge you need to create wealth. After that, you must put the knowledge to market a super profitable business in your hand. Always remember 'your are what you believe'. If you believe you can do, then of cause you can.
As an example let us look into the affiliate marketing. Wow.. lot of affiliate types out there. Which one is perfect for you? Wait, do not run away. Run is the guaranteed way to not successful. You can keep my word. Firstly, learn more about affiliate. The system, the types, the cookies, the software and etc. Who made fortune before, how they can do so, what their secret and so on. One of good ways to learn about affiliate is visit review site. Most of the site will be a little bias but nothing to worry. Of cause don't you trust them 100%, our aim is just earn knowledge as many as we can. After that hard work, now you know many about affiliate. You know which one is good, bad, better, worst, medium and high return. Now guest what? Until here, all that is just a knowledge. Good thing for you but useless. If you want make benefit from affiliate, no other way except going in and making action. Join the right affiliate, build you own website, buy domain, buy hosting and promote with various way including special technique. Day after day..
You see, when you understand how to market your business.. There is nothing that you can't be successful at. Nothing.
The education (knowledge) you receive on how to market your business is going to fast track you to serious success. Success that you only can have when you act. Well, before many of you forget, this is our keywords-Act.
This is the knowledge you using to dominate your competition around every corner. And it's whats going to make you a fortune as you become a mastermind marketer yourself. Seriously folks, I'm positive of you people with big hearts and deep wisdom, and that's you partner up with. You will form a so powerful strategies and ability to act with that..
Remember, It's all about putting knowledge into action.
